Taoyuan, Taiwan March 23rd, 2010 --Nanya Technology Corporation (Ticker: 2408, “Nanya”) announced today that the United States International Trade Commission (“Commission”) rendered its Final Determination in investigation number 337-648. In the investigation LSI alleges that Nanya infringes certain claims of its U.S. Patent No. 5,227,335. The Commission in the Final Determination has determined that claims asserted by LSI against Nanya are invalid and no violation was found.
